What do I receive when I purchase a session?

When you purchase a session through our online calendar, you will receive a confirmation, via email. There will be no physical ticket sent to you. When you arrive at one of our sessions, we refer to the session’s registration list and check you in at the door.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your painting session 48 hours or earlier prior to the class for which you are registered. We DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR ANY CANCELLED CLASSES. WE PROVIDE CREDIT ONLY for cancelled classes that may be redeemed for another session, within 30 days. We do not provide refunds or credits for any unused or partially attended classes.

Privacy Policy

We place a high importance on the privacy of each and every Paint·Sip·Nosh customer. We will not share your email address or any personal information with anyone. We use one of the most secure credit card payment systems available for your security and ours. Once you have registered for a class, we may send you emails or texts about special events and up-coming promotions we think you may be interested in. You can opt out of these emails or texts at any time.

Q: When is your calendar updated for the following month’s painting sessions?

A: We update the calendar for the next month by the 15th of the month. If you have an idea for an art image to be painted on a certain night, please request it by sending an email to contact@paintsipnosh.com. We can’t make promises but we will try to accommodate our clients’ requests.

Q: Can I have a private party with Paint·Sip·Nosh?

A: Yes, we host private parties for all occasions at a variety of locations. You can choose one of our preferred event venues or we can come to your home or business.  Call or email us for information or to discuss and plan your special party.

Q: Do I need reservations to paint?

A: Reservations are recommended so that your space is guaranteed. However, you may walk in and if there is space available at a specific event we are co-hosting, you may join in the fun.

Q: Can I take my painting home after the session?

A: Yes, the painting is yours to keep and show off!

Q: What should I wear?

A: Although we use acrylic paints which are cleaned with water and we provide an apron to wear over your clothing, you should wear something that you wouldn’t mind getting a little paint on. Wear something comfortable and get ready to have fun!

Q: What should I bring?

A: Bring yourself (and a friend, or two, or more) and a camera/phone so you can take pictures! We provide all the supplies and materials that you will need to create your painting and have a blast!
